Who is Belmaye for?

Do you work outside Paris?
Our focus is Paris. Assignments elsewhere in France may be considered depending on the property and the scope.
Do you employ the tradespeople?
No. We work with independent professionals chosen for each job. You see their quotes and invoices and approve costs before work starts.
Can you hold the keys?
Yes. Keys are held securely and access is given only as you have authorised, with a record of every visit.
What happens in an emergency?
The response arrangements are set out in your plan: who is called, how quickly someone goes to the property and when you are informed.
Can you manage a purchase from start to finish?
Yes. We act as your buyer’s agent under a written search mandate, from the brief to completion, and coordinate the process with your notary and specialists. Belmaye is a trading name of Lexington REIM SARL, which holds a professional card for real-estate transactions. Scope and fees are agreed in writing before the assignment begins.
Can you rent out my apartment?
Rental management is a separate, regulated activity. We will tell you what is possible for your property and who can handle it.
Are the prices fixed?
The prices shown are indicative. Final fees depend on the property, its size and location, the number of visits and the agreed scope, and are confirmed in a written proposal.
