Prices include French VAT at the standard rate of 20% and are indicative: final fees depend on the property and the agreed scope, and are confirmed in a written proposal. Third-party costs (tradespeople, supplies, utilities) are paid by you, on quotes you approve. Real-estate transactions are carried out by Lexington REIM SARL, holder of a professional card for real-estate transactions, under a written mandate.
