* Your monthly plan gives you access to your private office and its availability; it does not cover all the work a project generates. Acquisitions, sales, major works, architecture and interior design, and exceptional assignments are therefore subject to separate fees, agreed in writing before they start. Prices include French VAT at the standard rate of 20% and are indicative: final fees depend on the property and the agreed scope, and are confirmed in a written proposal. Third-party costs (tradespeople, supplies, utilities) are paid by you, on quotes you approve. Real-estate transactions are carried out by Lexington REIM SARL, holder of a professional card for real-estate transactions, under a written mandate.

Are the prices fixed?
The prices shown are indicative. Final fees depend on the property, its size and location, the number of visits and the agreed scope, and are confirmed in a written proposal.
What is not included?
Third-party costs (tradespeople, supplies, utilities), exceptional travel and hours beyond your plan. They are quoted or billed separately, and nothing is committed without your approval.
Is VAT included?
Yes. All prices shown include French VAT at the standard rate of 20%. Your invoices show the amount before VAT, the VAT and the total.
Can I change plan?
Yes. You can start with Watch and move to Management or Private Office when your needs change, for example before a renovation or a longer stay.
How do I pay?
