Laurent Fleury has worked in real estate since 2003. He has advised private and institutional investors on their acquisitions and investment decisions: analysing buildings, reading the documents, negotiating, and following assets once bought. He holds a DEA (postgraduate degree) in Private Law.
Over the years, people who owned a home in Paris but lived elsewhere kept asking him the same questions. Who can I trust with the keys? Who will tell me if the works are done properly? Who will read the building’s minutes and explain what they mean for me?
Belmaye is his answer: the same rigour he applied for investors, applied to your home, with a personal relationship instead of an institution.

Belmaye works from the 7th arrondissement. Laurent lives in Paris with his three Labradors, which is one reason he understands what it means to leave a home in someone else’s care.
